I had a billing issue pop up after my trip, and from my perspective, it could’ve been a hassle. But zipcar support got back to me quickly and fixed it without making a big deal out of it. I really appreciated how easy they made the whole thing.

"Clear pricing and honestly worth it"
I’ve used Zipcar a handful of times now, and one thing I really appreciate is how straightforward the billing is. The price they show before you book is basically what ends up on the final charge, and the taxes and fees are laid out clearly enough that you’re not left wondering what happened. In my opinion, that kind of transparency makes the service feel much more worthwhile. It’s definitely less stressful than dealing with a traditional rental car company and hoping there aren’t random charges at the end.

"Always a car when I need one"
Every time I need a car, there’s always one available, always. I’ve used it a few times now and the cars have worked fine each time, no issues.

"Car was fine, just not super clean"
Used Zipcar for a quick trip. Pickup was easy enough, car drove fine, no real issues there. But inside... yeah, not the cleanest. There were crumbs on the seats, and the outside had a few scratches I noticed right away. Nothing that ruined the trip or anything. Just felt like it hadn’t really been checked over before I got it

"Super easy booking, even for first-timers"
I booked a car in just a few minutes and the app was really smooth to use. The pickup details were easy to find too, which I think other customers will really appreciate. It made the whole process feel quick and stress-free
